Our main goal within the organisation is to provide a positive contribution to the lives of vulnerable individuals and people living with disabilities. Sky High Care team works exceptionally hard in ensuring our organisation’s mission is upheld to a great degree. This is accomplished by achieving set client goals, providing upmost quality of care and support and finally by improving and contributing to the health and wellbeing of our clients.

OUR NDIS SERVICES
Community Nursing
Community nursing comprises the practice of providing healthcare services in the community, with a focus on preventive care, health education, and support for individuals and families. Through home visits and coordination with local resources, registered nurses at Sky High Care aim to enhance overall community health, address healthcare needs, and promote wellbeing.
Assistance with Daily Personal Care Activities
We offer a complete package of personal care services which make you look and feel your best self. All necessary services will be tailored and provided to you based upon your routine, schedule and preferences.
Travel/Transportation
We offer transport and community services that assist in engaging you with your hobbies, interest, providing shopping assistance and taking you to your important medical appointments. We allow you to maintain independence, support you to access your programs and assist you in being involved with your local community.
Group based social activities
Join our organisation’s group centre based activities, where variety of entertainment and supports are provided. This also opens up a great opportunity to enjoy doing recreational activities and socialising with friends and communities. Fun activities can be catered around client’s preferences, hobbies, enjoying sports, bowling, cooking, dancing, learning new skills etc.
Assistance with Day-to-Day Living Skills
We provide daily assistance at your home with maintaining a clean and comfortable home. These supports include but are not limited to cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, gardening and basic maintenance
Innovative community participation
Do you have a well thought out goal of achieving or learning something new? Well, look no further our innovative community participation program offers a wide range of supports in learning a newly wished tasks, and is actively involved in building capacity. You will learn a far-extending ways of building skills that will promote further independence and participating openly within the community.
